A little about Michelle Tillis Lederman…

Michelle Tillis Lederman, PCC, (, author of The 11 Laws of Likability and Heroes Get Hired, is the founder of Executive Essentials (, a training company that provides communications and leadership programs, as well as executive coaching services.  Michelle specializes in teaching people how to communicate with confidence, clarity, and connection.  Clients include; JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley, Citi, Deutsche Bank, MetLife, J&J, Sony, Jazz at Lincoln Center, and The MoMA.  Michelle serves on the faculty at NYU’s Stern School of Business and the American Management Association.
