A little about Rick Rando…

Master Rick Rando is Owner/President of Kick Masters Karate, LLC, head facilitator at randospeaks.com, and CEO of Adron Enterprises.  A traditional taekwondo practitioner for the past 26 years, Rando owns one of the largest, open-space martial arts schools in the country. He’s currently a 5th degree black belt endorsed by martial arts legend, Grandmaster Bill “Superfoot” Wallace, and has been featured in MASuccess and Black Belt Magazine.

A motivational speaker, Rando has conducted thousands of presentations in the school system, and in the business community. He’s been the keynote speaker at hundreds of events, including Frostburg State University’s Distinguished Scholar Dinner / Leadership Conference, the Positive Guidance Seminar for the Allegany Co. Childcare Professionals Ass., the Western Maryland Guidance Conference, the Belt Leadership Summit, the Annual Safety Summit for the Columbia Gas Corporation in Pittsburgh, PA, Boston, MA, and York, PA, the 63rd Annual Dapper Dan Sports Awards Dinner, and at the Annual Martial Arts Supershow in Las Vegas.  He’s worked with a variety of distinguish companies such as The Boys Scouts, NiSource, Flagship Rehab, First People Community Credit Union, Frostburg State University, and  Chick-fil-A to name just a few.

Rando is currently a member of MAIA and the Allegany County “Character Counts” Program. He’s a graduate from the Disney Institute, and has earned the “Gold/Platinum Mark of Excellence Award” by Century Martial Arts for the past six years.  An accomplished author, Rando has penned four cover articles featured in MASuccess Magazine and has appeared on the covers of both Allegany and MASuccess.  He’s been featured in 5 MAIA Monthly Instructional DVD’s and was named one of Allegany County’s Top 10 Most Fascinating People in 2013.  Rando’s a current member of the Allegany County Student Business Advisory Committee, a marathon runner, and a Board Member of the Vicki Via Dotson Leukemia Foundation.
